There is a pet limit of 2... but there are rules to that.

An apartment can hold;

Either 1 dog and 1 cat,

2 dogs, or 2 cats.

You can either have one of those combinations as long as the 2 pet limit is not exceded

We do have a pet addendum to guarantee that you will take care of your pet and clean up after them.

Make sure to alert the office if you have a pet residing in your apartment or you will bring a pet to the property to reside in your apartment.

Having pets on the property is a privilege and cleaning up after your pet is important to us. There are bags placed around the property to use to help.

We do not have pet limits or breed restrictions here at Holly Park Apartments.

There is a $300 non-refundable security deposit and a $50  pet fee per month for each dog residing in the apartment.
