Emergency Maintenance

Maintenance does work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. They do not work weekends. There will be times when a tenant will need maintenance for an emergency before/after hours or even during the weekend.

Emergency maintenance would be defined as:

  • Water damage

  • Loss of electricity or heat

  • Fire

  • Damage caused by natural disasters

If there is a fire or a possible smell of carbon dioxide, please call 911.
