Only if you are changing floor plans. We will not move you between floors or buildings in the same room type.

-
I have a roommate leaving and I have someone taking their place. Can I keep my apartment and rent?
-
Yes. The security deposit stays with the apartment and is not refunded to tenants leaving. Discus damages with the roommates before refunding. We will not charge an administration fee.

-
If we split up into separate apartments, do we keep the old rate or market value?
-
We will discount your apartment to the new deals listed.

You have until February 28th to lock down these rates. Afterward, your rates will increase.

-
What happens if I wait to renew?
-
DO NOT WAIT! We will sell your apartment and you will get a letter of non-renewal followed by notices to leave.
-
-
What if I'm the only one leaving? Do I get my security deposit refunded?
-
The security deposit is held by the unit as an entity. We do not refund deposits until the entire unit vacate. If you are the tenant leaving, you will need to collect from the tenants continuing the lease. This allows the tenants continuing the lease the ability to collect for damages. New tenants agree to inherit the apartment as is.
