Parking is something we get asked a lot about here at Holly Park, so we are going to give you all of the in and outs of how parking works at Holly Park. Parking at Holly Park is flexible and free! Read on to learn more.
Towing
Towing allows us to have spots available for our tenants to park and keeps noise levels limited. While this can be frustrating for guests, we want to make sure our tenants can come home to a spot for their vehicle and a quiet community. Our towing rules are very flexible though.
Towing times
Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 PM to 7 AM.
We do not tow during the day, 7 AM to 9 PM.
If you expect to have a guest during towing hours, pick up a parking pass during office hours.
If you cannot stop by during office hours, call our office and request one to be dropped off.
If you forget, please have your guest use public transportation or pick them up.
We do not tow on weekends starting Friday at 7 AM until Monday at 9 PM.
Parking Passes
To allow for ample parking, we limit the number of permanent passes an apartment has access to. Tenants are allowed to only register one vehicle that must be registered under their name or their cosigners. If we provided non-drivers permits, our lot would become filled to capacity and our flexible towing rules would need to change.
